About Native Bird Care

Native Bird Care is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. ​We are also 100% volunteer. Your donation goes toward food, housing, and medical treatment of our patients. Post-fire donations will also go toward restoring the land Native Bird Care is housed on and rebuilding/replacing what was lost in the Flat Fire. 

We receive no federal or state government money and depend entirely on public donations. Without public support, we would not be able to complete our mission of saving birds. 

If you specifically want to donate to a particular aspect of what we do or a specific bird, let us know through email.  

Want to sponsor a particular bird? We can do that! Simply send us a an email and we will earmark it for that bird.
